To be dangerous means that you have the ability to cause harm or damage, to be a threat. Yes, you also speak and act with love and self-discipline, but the potential remains.
The first level is being physically dangerous. It requires strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The byproducts are energy and longevity, both of which are necessary to break through mediocrity.
